Role: Institutional Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement (IPSE) Expert  

Location: [hybrid / Stara Zagora ] 

Type: Member of the Administrative Team of Centre of Excellence (CoE) H2START, part time  

Role Overview  

H2start is looking for a motivated professional to cordinate activities related to the organization and maintenance of H2Start CoE institutional partnerships, supporting the CoE Executive Director and Organizational Project Manager. 

The role includes horizon scanning and building wide, reliable stakeholder network of interested partners and institutions, facilitate links between CoE teams and external partners, develop a collaboration platform and calendar with annual activities and support their implementation.  

 

Key Responsibilities   

  • Horizon scanning of key stakeholders and institutions at academia, universities, industry, local government and government level, analyze their influence, interests, and engagement needs to support CoE objectives  
  • Support the development of a reliable stakeholder network and contact database aligned with CoE goals 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and internal teams 
  • Support the development of a collaboration platform and assist in its coordination and day-to-day management (i.e. communication, meetings, data exchanges)  
  • Support planning and organization of annual events, workshops, and stakeholder activities aimed at delivering the CoE objectives  
  • Maintain communication with partners from academia, industry and public sector to ensure CoE’s advancement  
  • Follow up with stakeholders and support ongoing collaboration 
  • Support  CoE Executive Director and Operational Project Manager, as well as project and administrative teams in understanding stakeholder needs and priorities to take informed decisions  
  • Assist in preparation of reports, materials, and documentation 

Profile 

  • Experience in administrative coordination, project organization/coordination/support, or similar  
  • Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and institutions at all levels (i.e. academia, Universities, industry, local government, government, NGOs  
  • Relevant work experience in an international environment  
  • Proactive, reliable, and well-structured personality  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • Fluent oral and written English and Bulgarian, good IT skills  
  • Experience in EU projects or institutional environments is an advantage 
  • Previous activities in the hydrogen environment is welcome.
