Job Description Role: Institutional Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement (IPSE) Expert Location: [hybrid / Stara Zagora ] Type: Member of the Administrative Team of Centre of Excellence (CoE) H2START, part time Role Overview H2start is looking for a motivated professional to cordinate activities related to the organization and maintenance of H2Start CoE institutional partnerships, supporting the CoE Executive Director and Organizational Project Manager. The role includes horizon scanning and building wide, reliable stakeholder network of interested partners and institutions, facilitate links between CoE teams and external partners, develop a collaboration platform and calendar with annual activities and support their implementation. Key Responsibilities Horizon scanning of key stakeholders and institutions at academia, universities, industry, local government and government level, analyze their influence, interests, and engagement needs to support CoE objectives Support
