On 18 June 2026, H2START hosted the online webinar “H2START Centre of Excellence – State of the Art and SRIA”, presented by Prof. Daria Vladikova, Executive Director of the H2START Centre of Excellence at Trakia University.
The webinar provided an overview of the current progress in the development of the H2START Centre of Excellence and outlined key activities related to the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda – SRIA.
A dedicated part of the session focused on the H2START Stakeholders Network – a platform designed to support information exchange, collaboration and partnership-building among academic institutions, industry, public authorities, policy stakeholders and civil society organisations.

H2START Stakeholders Network
The H2START Stakeholders Network supports the implementation of Pillar V – Cross-cutting Activities by facilitating dialogue, knowledge exchange and cooperation across the hydrogen research and innovation ecosystem.
Through the network, stakeholders are invited to:
- receive information about opportunities to use H2START infrastructure and expertise;
- share specific needs related to research infrastructure, services and collaboration;
- initiate joint activities, including new R&I projects and policy-oriented initiatives;
- present relevant products, services and technological solutions;
- participate in educational and training initiatives, PhD activities, secondments and scientific exchanges;
- contribute to the organisation of national and international meetings and events;
- submit proposals for inclusion in the annual calendar of H2START activities.
The network is open to organisations and individuals interested in contributing to the development of hydrogen technologies, research excellence and innovation capacity in Bulgaria and across Europe.
